Preferred: Sabouraud dextrose agar slant

Acceptable: Inhibitory mold agar slant

Specimen Volume: Isolated mold or yeast

Collection Instructions: Yeast or filamentous fungus must be in pure culture, actively growing. Do not submit mixed cultures.
